Delivering and running businesses in the cloud is now a default action for most organisations.

Millions of applications are successfully running in the cloud every day, but many are in effect running in silos as applications and infrastructure workloads. This is because they were moved to the cloud piece-by-piece from on-premises deployments or were deployed on an ad-hoc basis.

While the applications themselves may be produced to a good development architecture, for many, the solution architecture is missing, and alongside them the much-needed Cloud Operating Model.
