The shift to remote working earlier this year happened so fast for so many organisations. Initially, the focus was on ensuring that each person was able to work remotely. As time moved on, the focus moved from making a remote-worker feel part of a team, to making a team out of remote-workers.

At Black Marble, our business has maintained our team-cohesion through Microsoft Teams. It has proved vital for day to day collaboration, both internally, and externally, helping bolster our working environment.
